Since 1997, we have been providing software tools for debt management, data analysis, geographic information, and website development to the municipal finance market in the United States. We have now decided to set up an operation in Pakistan to expand our services in the USA and also to develop certain products for the domestic market.

Your education and experience will help, but not if your math is ordinary. You can naturally evaluate the logic of any statement, whether verbal or mathematical. You love grappling with problems of logic and resolving them methodically. You are excellent with computers in general.

You are a good listener and an articulate speaker. You do not differentiate among co-workers based on religion, gender, language, accent, ethnicity or skin colour. You compete fairly and resolve differences directly, respectfully, and with goodwill - without scheming or conspiring against co-workers. You know what is appropriate in the workplace, particularly in gender relations.

Senior Software Engineer
In charge of everything relating to the use of computers in the firm. Responsible for the development, management, and security of a Windows network, an ever-expanding web-enabled database, and some GIS applications. Must have total command over SQL Server, Java, and .NET technologies. Relevant experience is required.
Software Engineer
Responsible for programming database, spreadsheet, and GIS applications. Must have excellent skills in SQL Server, Java, and .NET technologies. Must have the skill and intelligence to write immaculately terse code.
Software Support
Responsible for entering numeric and geographic data in a complex relational database and a GIS application. Must have an excellent understanding of databases and be able to perform queries. Experience with databases, web design, graphics or maps will be a bonus, but intelligence and meticulous diligence are requisites.
